HAPPY NEW YEAR almost!

Hi everyone! I just want to wish you all a happy holiday (yes, I am a soldier in the "war on christmas" as it was dubbed by the religious right last week). I hope everyone is healthy and happy and ready for an awesome 2006. I am very much looking forward to it and the surprises that the next year will have in store (don't let me down, 2006).

I'm wrapping up 2005 in NYC with a solo set this coming Tuesday, Dec 20. My friend Alex Seier of The Blackout Effect and I will be performing at Piano's that night. We will each play a set and then we will do a few songs together. It will be interesting! For those of you who aren't in NYC, hopefully you are in Texas, because that's where I'm headed in January! Details here.

Also, King Kong was really really awesome!

TV FANATICS,

I, Adam Richman, will be appearing on NBC's Today Show (weekend edition) this Sunday (August 14) performing my network television debut! (not a big deal... or is it?) Set your TIVO to tune in around 8:00 AM (i don't know the actual time, truthfully) to watch me sing "The Loneliness Song" to millions of coffee drinking over-achievers (i mean non-over-sleepers).

NYC area - UPN 9 Interview

I'll be honing my TV Land skills tomorrow evening (wednesday August 10) on the UPN9 10 o'clock News in areas near NYC (and extending further, sort of). They will be interviewing me about my life as a storm-chasing, baby-rescuing, human-interest-story-defining guitar slinger who saved the world from evil using the superpower of rockin' out with the cock mostly out. Need the inside scoop? Details at 6.

Music Video COMING SOON!

The freakin' awesome music video for "The Loneliness Song" is finshed! I will send you an email later this week so that you can see it. Just to wet your appetite, you should know the following things about the video:

• It was directed by The Nova Project, who also directed my Electronic Press Kit (the one with the interview and live footage)
• It is about 50 percent animation
• It is the best video that has ever been seen by the human eye

Can't wait?? TOUGH. It's only a few more days 'til we unleash this one on an unsuspecting universe... a universe that will NEVER be the same again (except in most aspects).
